Additional Details of the Cycle Count Module

Access Unavailable

• The Cycle Count module can only be opened on one workstation or instance at a time. If the Cycle Count module is already opened on one instance or workstation and is trying to be opened elsewhere, the following prompt appears:

  

Detected Changes

• If changes are made to the Actual on Hand, Re-Order Point or Re-Order # Packs of a Drug Folder between saving a draft and re-opening a draft, a prompt displays when Submit is selected. This same prompt also appears if a prescription is dispensed for a product in the Cycle Count module while it is open. Select OK to the prompt. The quantities that need validation display in red and must be confirmed before submission.
